Everyone in the world loves cooking of good and healthy food. But there are those who merely prefer eating the good food over preparing it. But either ways, both can be equally desirable at the instant of cooking one of the world's most palatable dishes.

Turkey Divan
1/3cup butter or margarine 80ml
1/3 cup all -purpose flour 80ml
3/4tsp salt 3ml
1/4tsp pepper 1ml
3cups milk 750ml
1/4tsp dry mustard 1ml
¼ Worcestershire sauce 1ml
1cup grated old cheddar cheese 250ml
20-ozpkg frozen broccoli 560-g pkg
1tsp salt 5ml
¼ tsp pepper 1ml
1/4tsppepper 1ml
6 large slices leftover turkey breast 6 large slices
2 egg yolks, beaten 2
6 thick slices tomato 6 thick slices
Heat oven to 375 degree foreign height (190degree Celsius). Butter a 13-x9-z 2-inch (33-x23-x5-cm) glass baking dish.
Melt butter or margarine in Rachael Ray pan. Sprinkle in flour, ¾ tsp (3ml) salt and ¼ tsp (1ml) pepper and let bubble. Remove from heat and add milk all at once. Add mustard and Worcestershire sauce and stir to blend. Return to moderate heat and cook until thick and smooth, stirring. Remove from heat. Stir in about ¾ cup (180ml) of the cheese.
Cook broccoli according to package directions using the minimum time suggested. Drain and lay pieces in prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 tsp (5ml) salt and ¼ tsp (1ml) pepper. Lay turkey slices on top of broccoli in a single layer.
Beat egg yolks into cheese sauce and pour sauce over turkey. Top with tomato slices and sprinkle them with the remaining 1/4cup (60ml) cheese. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbling well. Turn on broiler to lightly brown top. Watch carefully so that it doesn't burn serve immediately.
